1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Sunny Sets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use paid features. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Peer-to-peer transactions
Sunny Sets is a marketplace that connects players, coaches, and other service providers. We are not a party to transactions between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of sessions or services listed on the platform.
5. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: (a) post false or misleading information; (b) harass, threaten, or harm other users; (c) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to circumvent our payment system; or (e) use automated tools to access the platform without permission.
6. Payments and fees
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal). Sunny Sets charges a platform fee on transactions. See our Payments & Refunds policy for details. We are not responsible for errors made by payment processors.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the type of session and the timing of the cancellation. No-shows, disputes, and the 72-hour filing window are governed by our No-Show & Dispute Policy (/no-show-policy). See our Payments & Refunds policy for the full policy.
8. Content
You retain ownership of content you post on tennisp2p. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content in connection with the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunny Sets and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
